Oui! Oui! Oui!
Oui! Oui! Oui!
Bonjour!
My name is Aurore Adam, and I’m the founder and CEO of Aurore Bakery. Originally from Paris, France, I fell in love with Bozeman, Montana during a visit to see my twin sister—and I knew I wanted to bring a little taste of home to the Gallatin Valley.
Sharing my culture through baking has always been my passion, which is why I opened an authentic French bakery where every loaf of bread, pastry, and viennoiserie is made using flour imported directly from France. We also serve traditional French coffee and lemonade, and we’re working toward offering French butter, cheese, and meats for everyone to enjoy.
My journey began in my kitchen, but I was fortunate to train under renowned French bakers and chefs including Gontran Cherrier, Anthony Courteille, Patrick Dupont, and Maximilien Tétard. From them, I learned that baking is a craft rooted in practice, patience, and above all—passion.
Today, we operate out of our production bakery in Four Corners, but our dream is to open a second location downtown, where guests can sit, relax, and truly savor the French experience.
I hope you’ll stop by for a warm baguette, a buttery croissant, or simply to say bonjour.
Bread & love,
Aurore
