Bonjour!
My name is Aurore Adam, and I’m the owner of Aurore French Bakery. I fell in love with Montana thanks to my twin sister Alison, who has lived here for the past five years. Inspired by her and driven by a dream, I moved from Paris to Bozeman to bring an authentic taste of France to the Gallatin Valley.
Trained in France, I began by baking in my home kitchen, selling at farmers markets, and catering weddings and events. On May 5th, 2023, that dream became a reality when we opened our brick-and-mortar location in Four Corners, Bozeman. We’re still in our early stages, but we’ve already built a strong customer base and experienced great success—and we’re just getting started.
Our dedicated core team includes talented individuals: bread bakers, pastry chefs, assistant bakers, touriers, baristas/cashiers, and management. We take immense pride in the quality of our work and the positive, supportive culture we’ve cultivated.
That said, working here is hard work. It means being on your feet for entire shifts, staying focused, cleaning constantly, and showing up every day with a positive, professional attitude—toward both your team and our customers.
